About Company

Our company was established in 2005 in order to manage its assets and form the single concept of land development.

OJSC Masshtab was incorporated by the Avgur Estate Company.
The Group of Companies “Masshtab” owns big land assets located in close proximity to Moscow: the Company’s property includes land plots of total area of 3300 hectares, 1800 hectares (woods) are in permanent enjoyment; they are compactly located and forming almost united territory alternating with villages, from 3 to 20 km from the Moscow Ring Road along Kaluzhskoe Highway.
                In the specified territory Masshtab Architectural Company implements Russia’s biggest unique architectural Project À101 for construction of a town with population of about 350 thousand people and creation of more than 122 thousand of jobs.
                Within the framework of the project construction of about 20 million sq m of new housing, more than 0.6 million sq m of social objects and about 3 million sq m of commercial property is planned.
                The uniqueness of the project consists in provision of complex development of the territory according to the modern standards of world urban planning. 
                For the foregoing purposes in 2007 under the order of the Company the consortium of world leading architectural and engineering companies elaborated the General Plan for development of the territory of 13 000 hectares. Basing on such plan the Research and Design Institute of the General Plan of Moscow with the direct active participation Masshtab has already elaborated the required architectural documentation including the general plans of the settlements.
                The National Research Engineering University which is being established on the basis of the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation will constitute the basis of the project. The program of establishment of the University provides placement of the university town including the educational area, research facilities, experiment laboratories, living space for students and professors. In total the complex is expected to occupy about 100 hectares of land allocated by Masshtab Architectural Company.
