FIABCI-Russia Award «BEST IMPLEMENTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT THE RUSSIAN REAL ESTATE MARKET» for “Master Plans of Towns and Districts”

MASSHTAB Management Company won the FIABCI-Russia award “Best Implemented Development Project at the Russian Real Estate market” for “Master Plans of Towns and Districts”.

FIABCI (International Federation of Participants of the Real Estate Market) is the world community established in 1947. Its aim is to provide the real estate professionals with the possibility of study pursuant to the advanced international programs, exchange of information, experience and knowledge at annual conferences and seminars. Thus, FIABCI is an international club presenting the leading experts of the world level. The FIABCI chapters operate in 56 states in the world.

Building Awards prize for “BEST DEVELOPER IN TOWN PLANNING”

MASSHTAB Management Company became the winner of the annual national award in the field of development Building Awards-2007 for “Best developer in the Field of Town Planning”.

The council of experts of the award which determine the winners includes representatives of consulting companies, banks, investment funds, construction companies, architectural companies. The primary goal of the Building Awards consists in search and awarding of the best developers, prospective innovations determining the future of the real estate market in Russia, increase of the status and appeal of the real estate market against other sectors of the Russian economics.

Diploma for the BEST STAND at the International Sectorial Exhibition “Moscow Region Construction Week 2007” MASSHTAB Managing Company is awarded the diploma “For the Best Stand” at the International

Sectorial Exhibition “Moscow Region Construction Week 2007” which took place from the 7th till the 9th of August in the “Crocus Expo” exhibition center. The event was timed to the 50th anniversary of the construction complex of the Moscow region and the Day of the Builder.

The exhibition “Moscow Region Construction Week” is organized annually under the patronage of the Federal Agency for Construction and Housing and Communal Services (Rosstroy), the Government of the Moscow region, with the assistance of the Ministry of Regional development of the Russian Federation. The primary goal of the exhibition is to demonstrate effective technologies, constructions, innovative solutions, and the biggest architectural projects aimed at implementation of the priority national project “Available and Comfortable Houses for the Russian Citizens”.
