Single Concept

The single concept of development of big land plots allows resolving the major architectural problems and gives the freedom of choice of architectural solution for separate pieces of land, economic grounds for certain objects, takes into consideration the market situation at different stages of implementation of the project, and increases the investment appeal of the construction.

Master Plan

The master plan being the main principle of the general planning of the territory governs the key architectural issues: placement of the primary objects, functional zoning, building density, necessary infrastructure objects, general concept of landscape design. Application of master planning in the complex land development in Kaluga direction will allow creating of comfort conditions of living for each family in houses of European quality with all required social, sports and cultural facilities and recreation areas.

The main architectural directions of the master plan:

1. construction of living buildings;
2. laying of utility lines (gas pipeline, water supply system, electricity, etc.);
3. creation of the full-fledged infrastructure:
