For successful performance of development activity pursuant to the common master plan for land development the Company involves the leading companies of all areas connected to town planning making the highest demands to its partners and contractors.

Acting as the general manager, administrator of land development and the responsible person for implementation of the Project before the Administration of the Leninskiy municipal district, the Company is interested in engagement of:

Russian and Western investors;
leading Russian and foreign experts possessing experience in planning of big territories and elaboration of the common general plan of development of the territory;
architectural and planning companies having experience in implementation of similar projects;
big developers for construction of residential and commercial property, infrastructural objects, development of road and transport network.

The single concept of development of land allows including of each component of the general master plan (the housing estate, road, school or commercial center) into the created residential community which provides mutually beneficial partnership relations among all participants of the Project.
