Combination of advantages of city and country life within a separate cottage settlement is provided by the concept of the “modern country” on which the settlement of “Antonovka” is based.

The Muscovites of our time know such family traditions only by hearsay. For the advantages of city life including the possibilities of using of advanced infrastructure, relatively rapid way to work, inscribing their children to a prestigious school, people pay their health, nerves and living in small flats.
From the other side, a “lonely cottage in the fields” is not a solution either, as the high life quality is not only favorable environment and many square meters, but full-fledged infrastructure for life and recreation of the whole family which is now available only within the city.
