Following the principles of “responsible development” when at implementation of important architectural projects interests of all parties (the state, investors, contractors, purchasers of property and local dwellers) are taken into account, the Company carries out a range of socially significant tasks.

The project of land development in Kaluga direction implemented by the Company with direct support of the Administration of the Leninskiy Municipal District constitutes a powerful investment into economics and social wellbeing of the whole region.

Within the nearest years implementation of the general plan will result in:

• improvement of social infrastructure;
• formation of the transport network;

The Company gives special consideration to establishment of the full-fledged environmental strategy of the whole territory whose main goal is preservation and increase of the natural wealth of the territory, the splendid network of rivers, lakes and woods. The Kaluga direction is one of the most ecological and favorable for living among all directions of the Moscow region: here there have never been any industrial production or rail facilities. That is why the Company’s Project excludes the possibility of construction of any industrial facilities polluting the environment. The environmental strategy of the Project includes prevention of erosion, preservation of the existing ecosystem and creation of lakes, ponds, parks and public gardens.
