Gavrilov Ilya Grigorievich
Director General

In 1995 graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, the faculty of law.
From 1987 worked Public Prosecutor’s Office of the RSFSR and the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, from 1995 till 1998 held office of the Prosecutor and the Senior Prosecutor. Further shifted to the position of a lawyer in the Interrepublican Bar.
In 1999 occupied the position of Deputy Director of the Legal Department of OJSC Sobinbank.
From April of 2005 held the position of Director of the Legal Department of OJSC Masshtab.
In August of 2008 was appointed the Chairman of the Board of OJSC Masshtab.
Since January 2009 has held the position of Director General of OJSC Masshtab.

 

Manukyan Valeriy Aramaisovich
Director of Department of Engineering and Planning, Chief Architect

In 1982 graduated from the Kazan Engineering and Construction Institute mastering in architecture. Further continued his postgraduate study at the Moscow Architectural Institute at the department of Basic Architectural Theory, where in 1988 was awarded the academic title of candidate of architecture.
From 1983 till 1992 worked as assistant, and further as the senior tutor and associate professor at the Kazan Engineering and Construction Institute. From 1992 till 1998 headed the research department of the Senior Management of Architecture and Town Planning at the Naberezhnie Chelny mayor’s office, in 1998 held office of Deputy Director of the city’s Senior Management of Architecture and Town Planning, further headed the Design Institute (Kaminvestgrazhdanproekt). In 2003 by the order of the President of Republic V.A. Manukyan was awarded the title of the Honored Architect of Republic of Tatarstan. More than 40 buildings were constructed under the projects of Manukyan.
From 2005 till 2007 headed the department of architecture, town planning and land tenure of the Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.
Since March of 2008 has held office of the Chief Architect.

 

Krasnov Dmitriy Anatolievich
Manager of the “Antonovka – Letova Roshcha” project

In 1991 entered the Moscow Energy Institute, continued his study at the State University of Management mastering in Construction Business and Management of Projects. Since 1996 has headed projects in real estate of construction and developer companies.
Since December of 2008 has supervised projects of cottage settlements of “Antonovka” and “Letova Roshcha” of OJSC Masshtab.

 

Beloshapko Sergey Vladimirovich
Manager of the “Industrial Park “Indigo” project

In 1990 graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR mastering in International Relations. Since 1997 has worked in the area of commercial property.
From 1997 headed projects for sale of various objects of nonresidential property at leading Russian and foreign companies. Sergey Vladimirovich possesses precious experience of collaboration with such companies as "Agio Oil& Gas", "Knight Frank - Moscow", "Russian Investment Group", "DTZ Debenham Zadelhoff".
Since September of 2009 has held office of the “Industrial Park “Indigo” project.
